Trail Regional Airport, CAD4 (CYZZ), is located 2.1 NM (5.3 km; 3.0 mi) southeast of Trail, British Columbia, Canada. The airport is situated just south of the City of Trail in a narrow valley beside the Columbia River. The airport provides a GPS approach from the North (Runway 16) and the South (Runway 34).

The airport consists of one 4,000 ft (1,219 m) asphalt runway. The services provided are Aviation 100 LL fuel and Jet A fuel. There is a small terminal located on Apron 2.

Pacific Coastal Airlines operates a twice daily scheduled service between Vancouver International Airport (South Terminal) and the Trail Airport, providing convenient and low-cost air transportation with connections to Victoria and other destinations in British Columbia. The Trail Airport also accommodates air charters, business and personal aircraft. Some owners of resort properties at Rossland's Red Mountain Ski Resort have begun using the Trail Airport as a convenient and hassle-free place to park their airplanes.

The British Columbia Air Ambulance Service uses the Trail Airport as its primary access point for serving patients at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital, a 10 minute drive to the City of Trail. An alternate airport, in our region, is located in Castlegar, B.C.

The Trail Airport is being continuously upgraded, with the recent addition of overnight or weekly vehicle parking and other groundside improvements. Parking is available for $4 per day or $10 per week. Purchase tickets at the Pay n' Park machine in the parking lot.
